Meet Judy Alban Founder & Fractional CHRO
For nearly three decades, I’ve worked where people, culture, and business strategy meet — helping organisations turn intent into measurable impact.
My career has spanned industries and business stages — from IT infrastructure firms to fast-scaling startups and global enterprises.
I began in operations and grew through leadership roles that shaped how I understand business from every angle.
My time at IIM Calcutta deepened that perspective — strengthening my leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to connect people decisions with business outcomes.
In parallel, I built a career as an experiential learning facilitator, designing and delivering programs that help leaders and teams translate insight into action.
I’ve had the privilege of working with organisations across IT, telecom, manufacturing, automobiles and more — turning real-world experience into learning that sticks.
I founded Peopleverve to move beyond traditional HR consulting — to make it human, practical, and focused on results that last.

Outside work, I’m a national-level Ten-Pin Bowling athlete, having represented India and Karnataka (Asian Games | 2-time National Runner-Up | 4-time State Champion).
Bowling taught me systems thinking, resilience, and focus — lessons I bring to every boardroom.
